INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 700 g
sugar 140 g
eggs 5 pcs.
cream 20% 2 tbsp.
starch 2 tbsp.
vanillin taste
PREPARATION:
For a removable mold with a diameter of 21 cm.
Separate the yolks from the proteins, add cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, starch to the yolks and interrupt well with an immersion blender for several minutes.
Beat the cold proteins with a blender to the peaks and gently send them into the curd mass, stir not intensively in one direction so that the proteins do not settle!
A removable baking dish, I have a mold diameter of 21 cm. We cover it with parchment paper and gently spread the curd mass with a spoon, level it and send it to an oven preheated to 180 for 45 minutes. until golden brown.
Then let the pudding cool completely for several hours and take it out of the mold.
Incredibly delicious, airy and simply weightless pudding is ready !!!
