Servings: nine
Cooking time: 1 hour
INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 400 g
butter 60 g
vanilla sugar 2 tsp
powdered sugar 40 g
chocolate 130 g
vegetable oil 25 g
PREPARATION:
Rub the curd through a sieve (with soft curd, you can skip this step).
Add soft butter, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar to the curd, punch with a blender.
Slightly moisten your hands, form curds and lay them on a surface covered with cling film (or you can distribute the curd mass over silicone molds).
Remove the curds in the freezer for about an hour.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stirring occasionally. Or melt it in the microwave on impulse - heated for 10-15 seconds, mixed, heated again, stirred and so on until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour vegetable oil into the melted chocolate and mix well.
Get the curds out of the freezer.
Stick a wooden skewer into each cheese.
Dip each cheese into the icing, remove and drain off excess chocolate, put on baking paper.
Carefully remove the wooden skewers, decorate the curd cakes with icing if desired and put them in the refrigerator until the chocolate is completely frozen.
