Curd Yeast Buns Like Fluff

INGREDIENTS:

flour 350 g

cottage cheese 200 g

sugar 120 g

milk 70 ml

butter 60 g

fresh yeast 25 g

eggs 2 pcs.

egg yolk 1 pc.

orange peel 1 tbsp.

salt 1 pinch

PREPARATION:

Cooking dough: dissolve yeast with sugar and flour in warm milk (2 tablespoons each). We will send the dough to a warm place for 20 minutes.

Add eggs, sugar to the melted butter and mix lightly with a whisk.

Then add the orange zest, salt and rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve. We mix.

Add the cooked dough and gradually introduce the sifted flour

When the dough gathers into a lump, put it on the table, sprinkled with flour and knead it with your hands.

Cover the prepared dough with a towel and leave it for 60 minutes. in a warm place.

After the specified time has elapsed, we divide the dough into equal pieces, round them and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment and oiled.

Grease each bun with yolk and leave to proof for 20 minutes.

We send the buns to the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
