potatoes 500 g
pickled cucumbers 180 g
mayonnaise 80 g
sour cream 20% 40 g
boiled eggs 2 pcs.
green onion 4-5 stems
chilli ½ pcs.
turmeric 1 tsp
ground black pepper 1 tsp
salt taste
PREPARATION: +
Boil potatoes.
Cooking the sauce: finely chop the cucumbers.
We mix mayonnaise, sour cream, turmeric, black pepper.
Add boiled eggs, grated and chopped cucumbers to the sauce. We mix everything.
Cut the cooled boiled potatoes into large pieces, place them in the sauce and stir so that each piece of potatoes is covered with sauce.
