INGREDIENTS:

cheese 300 g

chicken eggs 2 pcs.

flour 150 g

vegetable oil 1 glass

PREPARATION:

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Add eggs and flour to it and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer and cut into strips of the same size.

Fry the brushwood in a large amount of oil.
