INGREDIENTS:
apples, sweet (large) 3 pcs.
cream 25% 200 g
water ½ стаканов
gelatin 2 tbsp.
sugar 2 tbsp.
vanilla sugar ½ ч.л.
lemon juice 1 tbsp.
almond cookies (for decoration) 3 tsp
PREPARATION:
Cut a few slices of the apple for garnish, sprinkle with lemon juice, set aside. Peel and core the rest of the apples. Chop the pulp and place in a saucepan.
Pour in some water, add sugar and simmer over medium heat with constant stirring. When the apples are tender, remove from heat, cool and rub through a sieve. Add leftover lemon juice.
Pour 1 tablespoon of gelatin with a little water, let it swell, dissolve on the stove or in the microwave, and then add to the applesauce.
For the sour cream mousse, beat the sour cream, sugar to taste, and vanilla sugar. Soak the rest of the gelatin, let it swell, dissolve and stir into the sour cream.
Lay the apple and sour cream mass in layers in transparent bowls, you can add coarsely crumbled almond cookies. Refrigerate until solid. Garnish with shelled apple slices before serving.
