Dough For Homemade Pizza With Dry Yeast

INGREDIENTS:

flour 600 g

salt 2 tsp

sugar 1 tsp

dry yeast 2 tsp

olive oil 2 tbsp.

water 360 ml

PREPARATION:

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Pour in olive oil and water, stir.

Place the dough on a floured work surface and knead the dough (about 7-10 minutes).

Divide the dough into 2 parts (I got 2 balls of dough weighing about 500 grams).

Grease the dough with olive oil, place each ball of dough in a separate bowl and cover with cling film. Leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.

Put the ball of dough on a work surface, sprinkled with flour, and begin to stretch it with your hands. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, shape with your hands. Collect pizza of your choice.

Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 230 ° C for 15-17 minutes.
