dor blue cheese 100 g
Kiwi 2 pcs.
walnuts 50 g
lettuce leaves 1 beam
parsley 1 beam
bulb onions ½ шт.
apple cider vinegar 5 tbsp
vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
sugar 1 tbsp.
mustard dijon 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Chop the onion and marinate it. For the marinade, mix the vinegar, salt and sugar.
Chop the parsley
Chop kiwi
Grind the cheese
Prepare the dressing: mix the mustard beans, vegetable oil and a couple of tablespoons of onion marinade.
Pour the dressing over the salad. Do not stir the salad
