INGREDIENTS:
apricots 8 pcs.
flour 100 g
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 100 g
cottage cheese 70 g
milk 60 ml
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
salt 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Send the proteins to the refrigerator.
Beat the yolks, cottage cheese and sugar (without 1 tbsp. L.) With a blender.
Add milk and flour, knead the dough.
Beat the cooled proteins with a pinch of salt into a fluffy mass and add to the dough, gently stirring in.
Cut the apricots and add the remaining tablespoon of sugar to them.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and heat well.
Pour 1/3 of the dough into a preheated pan and after a few seconds add 1/3 of the apricots to one half. Once the bottom of the dough has set, gently wrap over the apricots.
Fry for another minute on the other side.
Thus, we prepare 2 more "dumplings". All good!
