Dumplings With Cabbage On Yeast Dough

INGREDIENTS:

cabbage 400 g

water (warm) 400 ml

dry yeast 11 g

flour 4 glass

bow 1 pc.

salt 1 tsp

sugar 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

Chop the onion, chop the cabbage. Fry in a pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour sugar, salt and yeast into a bowl. Pour in warm water, stir. Add flour gradually. Stirring with a spoon.

Knead the dough on the table, cover with a bowl and leave on the table for 30 minutes.

Knead the dough a little, take a part of the dough and roll out the pancake, 5 mm thick. Use a mug or mold to cut out the mugs.

Place the filling in the middle of the mug and form a dumpling.

Put the dumplings in boiling salted water. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
