Usually for Easter I cook my favorite orange cake, but this time I wanted to experiment and make a chocolate cake, especially since you definitely won't find this in the store and you can surprise your family and guests with it.

Time for preparing: 3 hours 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour 500 g
milk (warm) 200 ml
sugar 110 g
dark bitter chocolate (I have with nuts) 90 g
cocoa powder 60 g
butter 40 g
vegetable oil 25 ml
dry yeast 7 g
chicken eggs 1 pc.
egg yolk 1 pc.
orange peels (zest) 1 tsp
salt 1 pinch
dark bitter chocolate 50 g
butter 25 g
PREPARATION:
Dough.
Pour yeast into warm milk, 1 tbsp. and 2 tbsp. flour. Stir and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. During this time, a foam cap should form on the milk. If this does not happen, then the yeast is spoiled. You need to start all over again with a new pack of yeast.
For the test.
Add salt, sugar to 1 egg and 1 yolk and beat until the mass turns white.
Add vegetable and butter at room temperature to the eggs. In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa and flour. We sift.
Into the dough, add the egg-oil mixture and add flour a little at a time.
Flour may take less or more, as soon as the dough stops sticking to your hands, we no longer add flour.
We spread the dough on the table and knead well for 5-10 minutes. Yeast dough is very fond of hand kneading. It is also advised to cook Easter cakes only in a good mood.
Grease the bowl with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 40 ... 60 minutes.
Cut the chocolate into pieces.
Rub the orange zest.
We take out the dough, knead and stir in the pieces of chocolate and zest.
Put the dough to rise again in a cup, in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Then we distribute the dough into the cake molds. I got 2 forms with a diameter of 11 cm. We set to rise again for 25-30 minutes.
We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer. If the skewer is dry, then the cake is ready.
For glaze.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave, add butter. Mix well.
Cover the cakes with chocolate icing and decorate with sprinkles.
