Servings: 8
Cooking time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour 200 g
sour cream 15% 100 g
mayonnaise 3 tbsp
hard cheese 150 g
mozzarella cheese 100 g
tomato 4 pcs.
fresh basil 10 g
salt 1 tsp
sugar 2 tsp
slaked soda ½ tsp
PREPARATION:
Pour salt, sugar, soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice into the flour.
Add sour cream and knead the hard dough.
Cooking the filling: cut the tomatoes into slices.
We grate 2 types of cheese on a coarse grater.
Grind the basil leaves (if you don’t like it, you don’t have to use it).
Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin along the diameter of the mold. I have a 28 cm mold.
Put the dough into a mold and place in a preheated oven for 7-10 minutes.
Then we take out the form with the dough from the oven and grease it with mayonnaise.
Put the tomato slices on top, sprinkle them with chopped basil. Sprinkle on top with plenty of cheese and send it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for another 10 minutes.
All good!
