INGREDIENTS:

hard cheese 120 g

ham 100 g

chicken eggs 2 pcs.

mayonnaise 50 g

marinated mushrooms 250 g

cucumbers 2 pcs.

parsley 5 sheets

PREPARATION:

Cut the ham very finely, grate the cheese and eggs. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

For pickled mushrooms, separate the caps from the legs.

Cut the cucumber into washers about 1 cm thick.

We form a snack: we spread the formed balls from the salad mass on the cucumber washers and give them a cone-shaped shape, and on top we put on a hat from pickled mushrooms.

You can decorate the appetizer with herbs or salad leaves.
