Fish Pie With Pollock And Egg Filling

INGREDIENTS:

pollock 600 g

sour cream 5 tbsp

salt 2 pinches

chicken eggs 3 pcs.

flour 1 glass

butter 50 g

vegetable oil 2 tbsp

bulb onions 250 g

spices for fish 1.5 tsp

hard cheese 150 g

PREPARATION:

Knead flour, butter, sour cream and a pinch of salt. Roll out thinly and put in a mold greased with vegetable oil (I have a mold with a diameter of 24 cm).

Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.

Prepare the filling: to do this, beat the eggs with sour cream with a whisk and salt.

Put the fried onion on the dough, on top of the onion the fish, cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with fish spices

Pour the filling over the pie and sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater on top.

Send to the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
