pork 1 kg
onion 4 pcs.
mayonnaise 8-9 tbsp.
hard cheese 300 g
salt 1.5 tsp.
black pepper taste

Cut the meat into chops and beat. Place in a deep bowl.
Cut the onion into quarters and add to the meat.
Season with salt and pepper and add 4-5 tbsp. mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add 3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly.
Put the marinated meat on a baking sheet, spread the onion on top and cover everything with the cheese mass.
Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
