Servings: 6

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Preparation time: 12 hours

INGREDIENTS:

chicken legs 6 pcs.

garlic 6 teeth

vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp.

salt 1 tsp

ground black pepper taste

PREPARATION: +

Wash the chicken legs, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 12 hours. It is very convenient to marinate the chicken in the evening.

Preheat the skillet well, add vegetable oil and lay out the chicken legs.

Fry the chicken over medium heat for 5-7 minutes without a lid. If you cover with a lid, then it will already be stewed, not fried.

Turn the legs over and fry again for 5-7 minutes, on the other side. In general, fry the chicken for 25-30 minutes, turning it over from time to time.

We check the readiness with a fork, pierce it near the bone. Clear juice should appear. If the juice is bloody, then we continue to fry it further.

When the chicken legs are ready, squeeze the garlic through a press. Pour 1 tablespoon of the broth taken from the pan into a plate and mix it with the garlic.

Using a paintbrush, spread the garlic dressing on each side of the chicken and turn off the heat.

Place the lid on the chicken and let sit for 10 minutes. Bon Appetit everyone!
