INGREDIENTS:
flour 1 kg
milk 700 ml
dry yeast 11 g
vegetable oil 5 tbsp
sugar 3 tbsp.
salt 2 tsp
chicken eggs 6 pcs.
green onion 2-3 bundles
vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp.
salt taste
PREPARATION: +
Add salt and sugar to the sifted flour. Stir with a spoon.
Add vegetable oil, stir.
Add warm milk gradually, stirring constantly with a spoon. Milk can be replaced with water.
Dust the table with flour and knead it for about 5 minutes. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, lay out the dough, cover with a towel and send to a warm place for 40 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Chop the onion, salt, add vegetable oil and stir.
Add chopped eggs to the onion, stir.
Put the finished dough on the table. Lubricate your hands and surface with vegetable oil so that it is easy to work with the yeast dough.
Divide the dough into 32 pieces. I divide the dough in half and each part by 16.
Form a ball, roll out a round cake. Add 1 - 1.5 tablespoons of filling to the center and fasten the edges well.
