INGREDIENTS:
oyster mushrooms 180 g
potatoes 1 pc.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces.
Boil in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Cut the oyster mushrooms into cubes.
Chop the potatoes.
Add 1 tablespoon to a preheated pan. oils.
Lay out the oyster mushrooms.
Salt.
Cook for 8-10 minutes over medium-high heat.
Transfer the mushrooms to a plate.
Add oil to the pan.
Fry potatoes over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms to the potatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
