INGREDIENTS:

cream 400 g

soda ¾ ч.л.

egg yolk 2 pcs.

sugar 150 g

orange peel (dried) ½ ч.л.

flour 500 g

powdered sugar 80 g

lemon juice 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

Add slaked soda, yolks, sugar, vanillin, dried orange peel to the sour cream.

To stir thoroughly.

Gradually pour flour into the resulting mixture, the dough should be soft and not sticky to your hands.

Roll out the dough into a layer 1-1.5 cm thick.
