INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet 800 g
eggs 2 pcs.
bulb onions 1 head
ground black pepper
parsley
garlic
dill
salt
PREPARATION:
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder along with onions.
Add chicken eggs, chopped dill and parsley to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
