Servings: four

Time for preparing: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS:

mackerel 4 pcs.

lemon 1 pc.

vegetable oil 4 tablespoons

rosemary 4-5 twigs

thyme 4-5 twigs

salt 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

I have already washed the mackerel, without its head and entrails.

In a bowl, mix the juice of one lemon, vegetable oil, salt. Take 1 sprig of thyme, rosemary and tear off the leaves. Put them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix. If there is no way to find fresh thyme and rosemary, then you can take dried ones.

Pour the fish abundantly with marinade, grease it inside, put the remaining sprigs of thyme and rosemary inside the fish and put it on top of the fish, put it in a container and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes. It is better not to leave the fish for a long time, as it does not need long-term marinating.

Grease the grate with vegetable oil. We spread the fish on a wire rack and fry on coals on both sides until golden brown. It took me about 10 minutes on each side.

Delicious grilled mackerel ready! Bon Appetit!
