INGREDIENTS:
hake fillet 500 g
chicken eggs 1 pc.
semolina 2 tbsp
bulb onions 100 g
vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
pepper mix 10 g
salt 10 g
PREPARATION:
Pass the hake fillet through a meat grinder along with onions.
Add an egg to the minced meat, salt, pepper, mix thoroughly and add semolina. Let the minced meat stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
