INGREDIENTS:
puff pastry 250 g
pizza sauce 200 g
mozzarella cheese 160 g
olives 100 g
ham 80 g
Champignon 4 pcs.
salami 4 pcs.
onion ½ pcs.
PREPARATION:
Boil the mushrooms (10 minutes).
Put the sauce on the fire, cook for 5-8 minutes.
If the sauce is liquid, then dilute 1 tsp. flour in a little water and pour into the sauce, mix well.
Chop ham, onion, mushrooms, olives. Grate the cheese.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour.
Roll out the dough. Put on a baking sheet.
Grease the dough with sauce.
Put onion, ham, salami, mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with olives.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for 18-20 minutes.
