INGREDIENTS:
chicken hearts 500 g
hard cheese 150 g
eggs 3 pcs.
bow 3 pcs.
vinegar 3 tbsp.
sugar 1 tbsp.
salt 1 tsp
mayonnaise taste
boiling water 250 ml
PREPARATION:
Cut the onion into quarters and place in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and pour boiling water so that the onion is completely in the water. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Boil hearts in salted water. Cool and cut into 4 pieces.
Dice the eggs
Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise.
