"Heartbreaker" Salad Of Chicken Hearts With Pickled Onions

INGREDIENTS:

chicken hearts 500 g

hard cheese 150 g

eggs 3 pcs.

mayonnaise taste

boiling water 250 ml

PREPARATION:

Boil hearts in salted water. Cool and cut into 4 pieces.

Dice the eggs

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
