INGREDIENTS:
cream 33% 300 g
milk ½ стакана
sugar 150 g
egg yolk 3 pcs.
PREPARATION:
Bring the milk to a boil, cool, add the yolks and sugar. Place in a water bath and cook until condensed milk consistency while stirring.
Cool and gently add the whipped cream. Transfer the mass to a container, close the lid and put in the freezer for 60 minutes.
Beat the mass with a blender at the lowest speed. Put in the freezer, repeat whipping after an hour. Then freeze the dessert until cooked through.
Moisten a spoonful in warm water, collect portions of ice cream and arrange them in the bowls. Garnish as desired with whipped cream, berries, nuts, grated chocolate, etc.
