INGREDIENTS:
milk 1 l
sugar 2 glasses
butter 100 g
walnuts 100 g
flour 75 g
cocoa powder 3 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Grind walnuts well.
Fry the flour in a dry frying pan until pinkish.
Mix sugar, cocoa and flour, add hot milk and stir.
We send walnuts and butter to the mass.
We send the mass to the fire and bring it to thickening, stirring continuously.
Cooling down, the mass becomes thicker.
