pork 500 g

water 100 ml
chicken eggs 1 pc.
oat flakes 5 tbsp
curry 1 tsp
dried garlic ½ tsp
salt 1 tbsp
ground black pepper 1 tsp

Cooking minced meat: we pass chicken fillet, pork, onion through a meat grinder.
Add the egg, oatmeal, salt, pepper, curry, dry garlic to the minced meat. Mix and add cold water in parts.
Leave the minced meat for about 20 minutes to swell the oatmeal.
After this time, we beat off the minced meat so that it thickens.
We grease our hands with vegetable oil and form sausages. We put them on a baking sheet lined with foil and oiled with vegetable oil.
We send the sausages to the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
