INGREDIENTS:
baton 10 slices
sausage 150 g
cheese 130 g
mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
tomato 1 pc.
PREPARATION:
Cut the sausage into small cubes. You can use any sausage, both boiled and smoked. It depends on what you have in the fridge.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. I prefer Dutch, it melts well.
Chop the tomatoes finely. If the tomato is not fresh, I use ketchup. I grease a loaf with it, and then spread the filling on the bread.
In a bowl, mix well the cheese, sausage and tomatoes with mayonnaise.
Slice a loaf. For this amount of ingredients, I have 10 slices. For each slice, lay out the filling 1-1.5 tbsp. spoon.
Put the sandwiches on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
