INGREDIENTS:
boiled sausage 200 g
cheese 100 g
baton 8 slices
eggs 2 tbsp.
cream 1 tbsp.
salt 1 pinch
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the boiled sausage or sausage into small cubes.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Add eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper to the cheese with sausage. Mix everything thoroughly.
Cut 8 slices of the loaf. Spread each piece with a sausage-cheese mass.
Place the loaf with the filling down in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Cook for about 4 minutes until browning, turn over and fry on the other side for another 1 minute.
Hot sandwiches in a pan with sausage and cheese are ready! Bon Appetit!
