INGREDIENTS:
chickpeas (dry) 1 glass
sesame (white) 3 tbsp.
garlic 2 cloves
olive oil 8 tbsp
lemon 1 pc.
ground cumin ½ ч.л.
salt taste
PREPARATION: +
Pour chickpeas with water and leave overnight. In the morning, drain the water, rinse the chickpeas, pour in clean water and cook over low heat until soft.
Raw white sesame seeds and 0.5 tbsp. chop tablespoons of olive oil with a pestle in a mortar until a paste (tahini).
Mix in one container chickpeas, tahini, 6 tbsp. tablespoons of oil, peeled garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cumin and a little salt. Beat with a blender until a smooth paste is obtained.
Place hummus in a bowl and pour over the remaining olive oil. Serve with vegetables and slices of bread, pita or lavash.
If desired, sprinkle with ground paprika before serving.
