bell pepper 150 g
tomato 150 g
cream 1 glass
wheat flour 2 tsp

PREPARATION:
Peel the onion, chop thinly and fry in oil until golden brown. Pepper, pour in a little water. Bring to a boil and add the diced beef. Salt.
Simmer covered until the meat is tender, periodically adding water. At this time, wash the peppers and tomatoes, dry. Remove the skin from the tomatoes. Remove seeds and partitions from peppers.
Cut the peppers and tomatoes into chunks. Add to meat when tender. Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
Stir in sour cream and a little flour. At the very end of stewing, add the sour cream mixture to the meat and vegetables. Stir and heat a little to thicken the gravy.
