Combine warm milk, sugar and eggs.
In a separate bowl, combine 200 g of sifted flour with salt and add the prepared liquid mixture to them. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
Add another 100 grams of sifted flour, knead with your hands and add a little more flour if necessary, I needed another 1 tablespoon. flour.
When the dough is a little thick, add vegetable oil and knead the dough in a bowl. It should not stick to your hands, but at the same time it should not be tight.
Leave the dough to rise in a bowl under the plastic wrap for 1 hour.
For the filling, combine sour cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Prepare a baking dish after greasing it with vegetable oil.
Grind the table with a little flour and knead the dough a little, forming a ball.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the cake, the diameter should be slightly wider than the baking dish. The dough should be about 5 mm thick.
Grind the dough a little with flour and use a rolling pin to transfer it to the mold, spread it over the entire surface and form sides 5-6 cm high.
Pour the sour cream mixture and send it to the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
When the cake is ready, do not take it out, leave it in the oven with the door open to rise for another 20 minutes.
When the cake is completely cool, only then remove it from the mold.
