INGREDIENTS:
sugar 130 g
butter 110 g
wheat flour 1 glass
cinnamon 1 tbsp
plums 10 pcs.
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
baking powder 12 g
PREPARATION:
Beat the softened butter with a mixer with sugar (leave 2 tablespoons on the cake topping).
Add eggs one at a time while whisking.
Mix the flour with baking powder and add it to the egg-oil mixture. Knead the dough.
Grease the mold (I have a mold diameter of 24 cm) with butter and lay out the dough.
Smooth out and place the drain halves on top, with the cut down.
Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over the cake.
Send the cake to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
