INGREDIENTS:
sauerkraut 500 g
eggs 3 pcs.
bulb onions 1 pc.
flour 6 tbsp
sour cream 5 tbsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp
baking powder 2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Cooking the filling: chop the onion and fry.
Add the cabbage to the onion after squeezing out the juice. Simmer until soft.
Knead the dough: mix the eggs with sour cream, salt, sugar, baking powder and add flour.
Put the cabbage in a greased baking dish and pour the batter on top.
We place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
