INGREDIENTS:
chopped meat 1 kg
milk 250 ml
eggs 2 pcs.
bow 2 pcs.
baton 4 slits
garlic 2 cloves
salt 1 tsp
vegetable oil taste
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Cut 4 slices of the loaf, pour in milk, mash a little with your hands and leave for 10-15 minutes, until the loaf is completely soaked.
Grind the onion and garlic with a blender or a meat grinder.
Add salt, pepper, eggs, soaked loaf, chopped onion and garlic to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
Form cutlets with wet hands. Dip in water and send to a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
Fry cutlets over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
