INGREDIENTS:
minced meat 500 g
water 50 ml
onion 2 pcs.
salt ½ ч.л.
ground black pepper taste
flour 600 g
kefir 1 glass
eggs 1 pc.
salt 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Use a blender to chop the onion. Add to the minced meat.
Add water, salt and pepper, stir.
Beat the egg and salt for the dough. Stir with a whisk.
Add kefir, stir.
Add flour gradually, stirring with a whisk.
Knead the dough on the table, it should not be tight.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and from each make a sausage with a diameter of 2-3 mm.
Cut the sausage into slices about 1.5-2 mm wide. Use a rolling pin to roll the cake out of each piece.
Place minced meat in the center of each flatbread and pinch the edges.
Boil water in a saucepan, salt to taste and add the dumplings. Stir.
When they come up, cook them for another 5-6 minutes. Dumplings with minced meat are ready.
Put them in a plate, add butter.
