Korean Bulgogi Soup With Noodles And Beef

INGREDIENTS:

beef 180 g

mushrooms 60 g

noodles 35 g

water 550 ml

green onion 2 pcs.

carrot ½ шт.

onion ½ шт.

garlic 2 cloves

sesame oil 1 tbsp.

soy sauce 1 tbsp.

sugar 1.5 tsp.

honey 1.5 tsp.

salt 1 tsp

black pepper ¼ ч.л.

PREPARATION:

Slice the beef thinly.

Chop the garlic.

Put the beef in a bowl, add the garlic.

Then add sugar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper.

Mix well.

Soak the noodles in cold water.

Chop onions, carrots, green onions.

Add salt to the water, bring to a boil.

Put onions, carrots, green onions and meat in boiling water.

Cook for 10 minutes over high heat.

Add noodles, cook for 5 minutes.

Add mushrooms, cook for 10 minutes.
