sprouted soybeans 340 g
red pepper flakes 20 g
dried shiitake 20 g

Sesame oil 1 tbsp.
soy sauce 1 tbsp.

Cut the fern into pieces and soak in cold water for 8-10 hours (during this time, you need to change the water 3-4 times).
Soak the shiitake in warm water until soft (about 2-3 hours).
Soak the beef in cold water for 10 minutes.
Boil water in a large saucepan.
Chop beef and onion, put in boiling water. Cook for 1 hour over medium heat, covered.
Chop the shiitake, green onion and chop the garlic.
Place the fern, soy sprouts, green onions, shiitake and garlic in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the red pepper, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and black pepper.
Cover with cling film and set aside.
After an hour, remove the meat and onions.
Mix vegetables with sauce, put in a saucepan, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Cut the meat into strips, add to the soup, cook for 10 minutes under the lid.
