Korean Style Eggplant With Bell Pepper And Sesame Seeds

INGREDIENTS:

eggplant 2 pcs.

salt 1 pinch

vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

bell pepper green 3 pcs.

red onion 1 pc.

garlic 6 teeth

sugar 1 tsp

soy sauce 30 ml

vinegar 9% 30 ml

green onion 30 g

sesame 1 tbsp.

PREPARATION:

Cut the eggplants into long strips, salt and leave for 30 minutes. Then put the eggplants in a colander and let the juice drain.

Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil.

Cut the pepper into strips, cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots for Korean carrots. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.

Combine warm eggplants, peppers, onions, carrots, garlic.

Add sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds. Mix everything well and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
