INGREDIENTS:
pork belly (or neck) 150 g
onion ½ шт.
cabbage (kimchi) 350 g
vegetable oil 1 tsp

PREPARATION:
Cut the pork into small pieces.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut the kimchi into small pieces.
Chop tofu
Preheat a frying pan, add vegetable oil.
Put the pork and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add onion, fry for 2 minutes.
Add mirin, then add kimchi, stir.
Add sugar, black pepper, red pepper, salt. Mix well and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
