INGREDIENTS:
lasagna sheets 6 pcs.
chopped meat 750 g
hard cheese 250 g
meat broth 200 ml
tomato paste 2 tbsp.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
ground black pepper 15 g
salt 15 g
milk 500 ml
butter 80 g
wheat flour 60 g
ground nutmeg ½ ч.л.
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Mix the broth with tomato paste.
Prepare the meat filling: chop the onion and fry until soft, add minced meat, salt, pepper, add tomato paste mixed with broth, fry for ten minutes.
Cooking Bechamel sauce: melt the butter, add the sifted flour, stirring continuously with a whisk, pour in the milk in a thin stream, continuing to stir. As soon as the sauce begins to thicken, add salt and nutmeg. As soon as the sauce starts to boil, turn off the heat.
We grate cheese.
We collect the lasagne, on the bottom of the mold we spread a layer of Bechamel sauce, then a layer of lasagna sheets, the meat filling on top, the Bechamel sauce again on the meat filling and sprinkle with cheese. We lay out all the layers in the same order. The last layer should be cheese.
We send the form with lasagna to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, focus on your oven.
