INGREDIENTS:
thin pita 2 pcs.
curd 600 g
jam 200 g
butter 100 g
PREPARATION:
I spread half a portion of the cottage cheese over the entire surface of the lavash, cover it with another sheet of lavash on top and coat it well with jam, spread the second half of the cottage cheese on top again and put it into a tight roll.
I cut the edges of the roll, I don't need them anymore, I cut the roll into small piles of three centimeters and fry it on both sides in butter.
