INGREDIENTS:
eggs 2 pcs.
pita 1 pc.
processed cheese 1 pc.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
salt 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
Cut the pita bread into strips 20-25 cm long and 5-6 cm wide. From one pita bread I got 7 strips.
Cut the processed cheese into 7 pieces.
Wrap the cheese in a triangle shape in pita bread.
Add a pinch of salt to the eggs and beat with a fork.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil.
Dip each triangle in an egg and place in a skillet.
Fry pita bread triangles on both sides until golden brown.
