INGREDIENTS:
cabbage 400 g
minced meat 300 g
water 2 glasses
rice ½ стакана
onion 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
tomato paste 2 tbsp.
sugar 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the onion into quarters or half rings.
Chop the cabbage.
Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry the onions.
Then add minced meat, fry a little.
Add cabbage, salt and pepper, add sugar. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste and stir.
Send the washed rice into the pan, mix and add water. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
