INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour 200 g
cream 200 g
sugar 100 g
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
baking powder 2 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 packet
salt 1 pinch
cottage cheese 500 g
sugar 100 g
eggs 3 pcs.
vanilla sugar 2 sachets
semolina 2 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Whisk eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Add sour cream and beat with a mixer.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and add them to the rest of the ingredients through a sieve. Beat with a mixer.
Add vegetable oil and stir.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and pour over the dough, spreading evenly over the entire surface.
Prepare the filling, for this, beat in a bowl with a mixer - eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina.
Gently spoon the curd into the center of the dough.
Send to bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
When the cheesecake has cooled, remove it from the mold and serve.
