INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet 500 g
hard cheese 200 g
spices for chicken 1 tbsp
salt 10 g
PREPARATION:
We cut the chicken fillet lengthwise and beat both parts through the film on both sides.
Salt each piece and sprinkle with spices.
Grate the cheese.
Fold the foil together, grease with oil and lay out a piece of fillet and cheese in layers. Press firmly.
Wrap the foil tightly so that the layers do not shift.
We send it to the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. We cut only cold!
