INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 200 g
eggs 1 pc.
flour 6 tbsp.
sugar 2 tbsp.
vanilla sugar 5 g
salt 1 pinch
water 1.5 л

PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, vanilla sugar, salt and sugar. Mash everything well with a fork until smooth.
Add 3 tablespoons. flour and stir.
Dust the table with flour. In total, for kneading the dough, you will need another 3 tablespoons. flour. Knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands.
Form a sausage 2-3 cm thick and cut into small pieces.
Boil water, add salt.
Put lazy dumplings into boiling water, stir gently with a spoon so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
When the water with dumplings boils, cook them for another 5-7 minutes. Place in a colander on a plate.
Add butter or sour cream to a plate to the dumplings, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with jam / jam.
