This is a wonderful breakfast for those who have no time at all or do not want to cook in the morning.

Time for preparing: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
kefir 500 ml
oat flakes 200 g
to dry 30 g
prunes 30 g
berries (pureed) 30 g
berries 30 g
PREPARATION:
A jar of oatmeal and dried fruit.
Chop dried apricots and prunes at random. We spread in layers in a jar, first 2-3 tbsp. oatmeal then chopped dried apricots. Fill with kefir so that it covers a layer of dried apricots.
Then again we put a layer of oatmeal, a layer of prunes and fill it again with kefir. Close the lid and put in the refrigerator overnight.
Jar with oatmeal and berries.
Pour 2-3 tbsp into the jar. oatmeal.
Then we put the grated berries. Fill with kefir so that it covers the layer of berries.
Again we put a layer of oatmeal, a layer of berries and again fill it with kefir. Close the lid and put in the refrigerator overnight.
