INGREDIENTS:
flour 260 g
water 200 ml
sugar 120 g
refined vegetable oil 100 ml
apples 2 pcs.
baking powder 2 tsp
cover 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Mix flour with baking powder.
Dissolve sugar in water, add vegetable oil and gradually add flour, kneading the dough.
Grind the apples.
Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and add to the dough, mix.
We lay out the dough on the molds, filling them by 2/3.
We send it to a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
