INGREDIENTS:

white beans 200 g

carrot 80 g

bulb onions 80 g

garlic 2 cloves

vegetable oil 2 tbsp

nutmeg 1 pinch

ground paprika ½ tsp

ground black pepper 10 g

salt 10 g

water 1 l

PREPARATION:

Boil the beans until tender (I recommend pre-soaking the beans overnight in cold water). 10-15 minutes before cooking, the beans need to be salted.

Chop the garlic and onion. We grate the carrots.

First fry the onion and garlic, and then add the carrots. Fry until golden brown.

Add fried vegetables to the boiled beans, all the spices (if you wish, you can add the spices that you like), and grind everything with a blender. We bring to the desired consistency using a decoction of beans.
